The plan will address prevention, early detection and screening, treatment and rehabilitation.
Next to using the opportunities offered by new technologies (including digital and AI), innovation and personalised tools, the plan will also address the current research and innovation gap in cardiovascular health. The European Commission looks forward to closely working on the research component with all stakeholders.
Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback by 15 September.
